Our flexibility enables us to cater our deal structures to the needs of our customers through Domestic and industrial Installation. In this electrical services, we are very unique in conduit wiring, cable jointing & termination, generator installation, electrical troubleshooting, Borglary Alarm System, Intercom System and Sound System

To effect this low resistance, the cable to be joined must be in intimate contact over the whole of the point connected, and if the joint is solder the solder must be used to hold the conductor in close contact. In another word all soldered joint must be mechanically and Electrically sound

Two Major Material use for Cable Jointing & Termination.

Soldering Lead: This material is melted by means of Electrical Soldering Iron or Solid copper Soldering bit or pot and Ladle to use for the prepared cable for jointing and termination Flux: This is the material that makes the melted soldering lead to run smoothly on the prepared joint to have a neat finishing.

Regulation for Cable Jointing & Termination

The I.E.E Regulation 527.1 required that joint in cable conductors and bare conductors shall be Electrically and mechanically sound. Joint in non-flexible cable are buried underground . Joint in these non-flexible cable are to be made by soldering or Brazing or by the use of mechanical clamps except that mechanical clamp shall not be use for inaccessible joint. In modern Electrical wiring system, joint are mostly used either at special joint-box with connectors terminals integral with the box.

Tools required for Cable Jointing

Blow Lamp: This tool produce the required heat for the solid copper soldering bit Soldering Iron: This tool is of two type. The firstly is Solid copper soldering bit and secondly is Electric Soldering Bit. Pot and Ladle: In this tool, the block of lead is melted into the pot while the ladle is use to pure the melted lead into cable lugs. Pliers: This tools is use for gripping two or more wire together. Side Cutter: This tools is use to cut cable or wire in the right side. Knife or Stripper: This tools is use to peal out the insulating part of a cable or wire in order to expose the conducting part.

The requirement states that all joint shall readily be accessible; this means that joint of any type must not b pulled into conduit pipe, tube or hidden in a partition, but must be enclosed and conveniently placed in inspection type of boxes A joint that is mechanically sound must not pull out under the normal strains to which it must be subject during installation. A joint that is Electrically sound, must have at least as low in resistance as an equal length of the conductor itself, it must not overheat when carrying current.
